孩子锻炼切忌误区

1、不注意人体的生理特点,运动量过大。若运动量过大,不仅不能健身,反而有损健康,不同年龄的人,只有依据自己的体质状况进行适量的运动,才能收到良好的效果。

  2、不注意运动环境和运动卫生,如运动的路面的软硬程度,空气的清洁情况,气候的冷暖、干湿情况等。

  3、不注意全面发展。必须进行全面锻炼,使身体匀称健康地发展,既要安排有效增强下肢和内脏机能的活动,又要安排有强健上肢和躯干的有关锻炼。

  4、不按人体各器官不同的最佳发育期选择有针对性的运动项目进行锻炼。那么运

  5、运动时间安排没有规律:如果运动时间安排没有规律,就会扰乱生物钟,使内分泌与生活节奏不协调,从而影响健身效果。亲子教育

  6、运动不讲科学,如饭前饭后剧烈活动会引起消化不良,大强度运动前不作准备活动,易造成肌肉、关节损伤,并可以出现憋气、腹痛现象等。运动后整理活动不当,会产生大脑缺血等。冬天运动后不注意保暖,容易产生关节炎等疾病。
